Marketing & Event Coordination

Thank you for choosing to start/ have your ride at Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson.

What will be provided from us:

  • Customized Ride Flyer (if requested) - will provide you with PDF & JPG for printing of your own.
  • Facebook Posts with Ride Flyer
  • Facebook event page (we will add you to the event so you will be able to post as the admin of the event page, if wanted)
  • Flyer hung on event board in dealership and on entrance doors
  • E-mail blast of the ad (multiple)
  • Wrist Bands (if needed)
  • Ride Liability Waivers
  • Event posted on dealership website www.poconohd.com
  • Event post on Harley-Davidson.com (if approved)
  • Tables and Chairs for registration the day of
  • Coffee and Water provided

What will be needed of you:

  • If wanted to be police escorted, please contact Stroud Regional Police Department with a request.
  • must have a ride leader and road captains, road blockers, regardless if police are escorting it or not
  • A planned out ride route, making sure all roads are open and no road work. Smooth riding.
  • All details of the ride (Date, rain date, registration time, kickstands up time, how long of a ride, end location, contact person, bands/activities/specials, cost of the ride)
  • If we are making a flyer, All logos/images of groups/ participants.
  • Someone to handle the money/registration the day of

*REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR RIDE! We will help facilitate it.

Rides and events always work best if the dealership markets in the ways above and the organization/ leader of the ride markets in their own ways as well. We have had people get their flyer printed on laminated postcard sized cards and have dropped them off at businesses, etc.. The way you market it is all up to you, we will do our part but your success of the ride will be the direct result of your marketing effort. We look forward to working with you!
